A Warranty that lasts a Lifetime.

All July luggage comes with a guaranteed limited lifetime warranty that covers any defect in wheels, zippers, handles, nylon compression strap breakages, and specific cracks or breaks in the polycarbonate shell or aluminum bumpers.

The extended warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, cases that were bought secondhand or without proof of purchase directly from July, and cosmetic damages, including any bumps, scratches, scuffs, or general wear and tear that result from using the case and do not impact how the case is used or its functionality.

The ejectable Power Bank in our Carry-On is covered by a two-year warranty.
