A Warranty that lasts a Lifetime.

All July luggage comes with a guaranteed limited lifetime warranty that covers any defect in wheels, zippers, handles, nylon compression strap breakages, and specific cracks or breaks in the polycarbonate shell or aluminum bumpers.

The extended warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, cases that were bought secondhand or without proof of purchase directly from July, cosmetic damages, bumps, scratches, scuffs, or general wear and tear resulting from using the case that do not affect its functionality.

The ejectable Power Bank in our Carry-On is covered by a two-year warranty.

The Carry-On Pro is designed to be stored in overhead compartments when traveling. If the product must be checked in due to airline conditions, the Snapsleeve must be removed.
