To claim free personalization, simply add your monogram of choice to your item, and this will be deducted at checkout.
Please note that personalization requires additional processing time to the shipping of the order. Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
As personalized items are made bespoke just for you, please be advised they will not be eligible under our 100 Day Returns Policy. They will however, continue to be covered under our Warranty Policies.
