What time does the sale end?
Our Black Friday Sale begins November 6, 2026 and ends December 2, 2026 at 11:59pm AEDT.
How do I get Early Access?
Sign up to July emails or SMS to get early access to our sale. From November 6, no code is needed.

Do I get anything extra for shopping early?
Yes. July Rewards members earn double loyalty points on purchases made during Early Access (Oct 30 – Nov 5), on top of the sale discount.

The offer
What's the Black Friday offer?
Enjoy 20% off sitewide for the entire sale. There's no minimum spend, and the discount applies to every order.
Do I need a code?
Only during Early Access (Oct 30 – Nov 5), for our subscribers. From November 6 the discount applies automatically at checkout.

Is there a minimum spend or number of items?
No. 20% off applies to any order, with no minimum spend or item count.
Although, a set of packing cells is always needed!
Is anything excluded?
Gift Cards, Shipping and Premium Package Protection are excluded from the offer.
Can I use another discount code with the sale?
No. The Black Friday offer can't be combined with other discount codes or offers, unless otherwise stated.
I placed an order before the sale. Can I get the discount?
Unfortunately not. The offer can't be applied to existing or current orders.
Shipping and delivery
Will my order take longer to arrive during the sale?
Black Friday is our busiest time of year, so please allow extra time for your order to be dispatched. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.
Can I change my address or add to my order after it's placed?
Once your order has been placed, you have 3 hours to make any updates. If you need to make changes outside of this timeframe, please contact us and we'll do our best to help. Orders move quickly during the sale, so we can't guarantee changes once your order is being prepared.
Returns and warranty
Can I return something I bought in the sale?
Yes. Sale purchases are covered by our 100 day returns policy, unless otherwise stated. To read our policy visit july.com.
If I return an item, how much will I get back?
Your refund is based on what you paid for the item after the discount.
Are sale items still covered by the July warranty?
Yes. Everything you buy in the sale has the same warranty as a full-price purchase.
Other questions
The discount isn't showing at checkout. What should I do?
