What are July's Warranty Policies?Updated a month ago
Our Warranty Policies at July cover manufacturing faults on our products for either a repair or replacement.
If there is an issue with your July product and you believe it may be covered under the specific product's Warranty Policy, please reach out to our team here to lodge a claim.
Please note: Proof of purchase must be provided (ie. #JULY order number), without this we will not be able to process your claim. Cosmetic damage and general wear and tear from product use are not covered under our policies.
LUGGAGE
SOFT BAGS & ACCESSORIES*
Products such as our Carry Me, Carry All bags and Packing Cells are all protected by a limited five-year warranty, which means that if you have any manufacturing faults within five years from the original date of purchase, we’ll fix or replace it for you.
The 5 year warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, bags and accessories that were bought second hand or without proof of purchase directly from July, cosmetic damages, or general wear and tear generated from using the products and have no impact on how the products are used or their functionality.
*Does not include Small Leather Goods.
SMALL LEATHER GOODS
Our Small Leather Goods are protected by a limited two-year warranty, which means that if you have any manufacturing faults within two years from the original date of purchase, we’ll fix or replace it for you.
The 2 year warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, leather goods that were bought second hand or without proof of purchase directly from July, cosmetic damages, or general wear and tear generated from using the products and have no impact on how the products are used or their functionality.
POWER BANK
The ejectable Power Bank in our Carry On is covered by a two-year warranty.
