If purchasing during a promotion with this policy, you agree to the below conditions.

If you change your mind, you have 7 days from the day after receiving your order to return your order. Items must meet the conditions below:

• Items must be unused, and in resalable condition.

• Items must be returned with original packaging intact

• Items must be unpersonalized. These are bespoke products created just for you

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have 30 days to return the item. After this period, we may offer a repair or replacement in line with our warranty policies.
