1. How do I submit a warranty claim?

To begin, please fill out our Warranty Claim Form with the following details:

  • Product Type

  • Damage Type 

  • Name of Item 

  • Explain Your Issue

  • Full Name 

  • Email Address 

  • Order Number 

  • Phone Number

  • Have You Changed Your Address?

Once submitted, you will receive an automated email requesting additional evidence. Please reply to this email with clear photos or videos of the item. Once the evidence is submitted, our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

2. Do I need my original receipt or order number?

Yes. Proof of purchase is required to verify your warranty eligibility. If you’re unable to find your order number, reach out to our team with the name and email used at checkout—we’ll help locate it.

3. What happens after I submit a claim?

After we review your claim:

  • If approved, we’ll ship a replacement or provide repair instructions.

  • If additional information is needed, we’ll reach out via email.

4. Do I need to return the defective item?

In some cases, yes. We’ll let you know if a return is required and provide a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

5. My item was a gift. Can I still file a claim?

Yes! Just provide the name or email of the person who gifted it to you in the "Order Number" field.
