How do I return or exchange my order online?

If you decide that your July product isn’t for you, you can return or exchange it subject to the conditions of the 100 day returns policy. In order to streamline the process, please include photographs showing the item is unused and with its original packaging.

July processes online returns through Loop. If you wish to return your July order, please click here.

All online returns will be processed with a $20 return fee per submission. This will be deducted from your final refund. 

If you’re in Hawaii or Alaska, and paid for shipping, you will also be charged an additional flat rate shipping return fee. 

Please note: if wanting to exchange for an item of different value, kindly opt for a store-credit and you will be automatically issued a gift-card to put towards a new order once your item has been received. 

 

How will the order be refunded?

There are two different ways to receive your refund through loop, refund directly via the original purchase method or receive a July Gift Card for the amount.

This will be provided once the item has been received and quality checked by our returns team. 

Please be sure you receive your returns label to ship the item back to us. If you don’t receive the label or there’s any other issues, please submit a request via the Contact Us form and one of our team will assist.
