Changes to the 100 Day Returns Policy.Updated 4 months ago

We've recently made some changes to our return fee structure. 

Items purchased from Tuesday 24 September, 2024 will incur a 10% return fee. This will be deducted from the final refund. 

We do offer a one-time free exchange of product for contiguous US orders. Any additional exchanges will incur the return fee. 

If you’re in Hawaii or Alaska, and paid for shipping, you will also be charged an additional flat rate shipping return fee. 

If you wish to return your July order, please click here. As per our terms and conditions, only unused and unpersonalised items returned within 100 Days of being delivered will be accepted for return. Photo evidence can be submitted via the previous link, and the fee will be deducted from your refund request, before downloading your returns postage label.
